Refund policy

Returns

We are so confident in our products that we let our customers return any item within 14 days with a money-back guarantee after received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: This does not include custom Gis or gear. Once we customize any item with your name or brand on it, we can’t sell it to anyone but you.

Scenarios eligible for a refund:

  • Item was damaged upon arrival or during transit
  • You received the wrong size, color, or item

Scenarios where you pay return shipping:

  • Ordered the wrong size, color, or item

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that refunds will be issued for the product only.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customized Items

Only regular items may be refunded; unfortunately, customized items cannot be refunded. Once we customize any item with your name or brand on it, we can’t sell it to anyone but you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@summosports.com and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refunded amount will reflect the value of the product only.
